“Paid 4k 6 years ago with nothing done. They assign you a lawyer which changes every few months. No info on case other then they are still working the case. Supposed to get a refund if they dont do anything but yet to receive full refund”

“This company scammed me and my husband out of $4495 because they didn’t help us to terminate our timeshare. They promised us to get us out of the contract and didn’t. Initially, we got phone calls every other month, then every three months, to no calls at all. The phone calls would be to tell us they were still working on our case and it usually takes more time. They even referred us to a third party called D C Capital that made some calls and blamed Covid for them not getting us any results of canceling our timeshare.”

“Awful! Ryan from Boise busted my chops about coming on to the presentation a day early. When I asked him to call the next day between 4 and 7 pm , he said he would but it didn't happen. A text came at around 8:30 eventually followed by a call in which he once again berated me for going onto presentation 1 day early. Additionally addressed me by my first name, not Mr. or Dr. This demonstrated to me that they are just as bad as the timeshares sales people who do the exact same thing. I simply wanted to know what they could do for me (I really have no need to get out of my timeshare as one company doesn't charge maintenance unless I book and we use the other every year). I just wanted to see if they offered viable options to get rid of, but didn't get that far. Glad I spent no money!”
