“Paid 4k 6 years ago with nothing done. They assign you a lawyer which changes every few months. No info on case other then they are still working the case. Supposed to get a refund if they dont do anything but yet to receive full refund”

Initially, we got phone calls every other month, then every three months, to no calls at all. The phone calls would be to tell us they were still working on our case and it usually takes more time.”

“Awful! Ryan from Boise busted my chops about coming on to the presentation a day early. When I asked him to call the next day between 4 and 7 pm, he said he would but it didn't happen. A text came at around 8:30 eventually followed by a call.”
